The 2021 business reset: Emerging trends/insights to shape what leaders will do differently in 2021
2020 will be a year to remember for, in many cases, all the wrong reasons. Like all crises however, there are valuable lessons and many bright spots that will shape business and leadership positively for decades to come.
In our first Business Growth Network (BGN) workshop for the year, we looked at emerging leadership trends and insights which will shape what leaders will do differently in 2021.
In the workshop, we discovered a wealth of emerging insights and trends from Mindshop’s 2021 Business Leader annual report including the new ‘5 phases of leadership high performance’. Building on these insights and trends, we explored strategic planning pivots and how to get traction with planning in a post-COVID environment. We dug deeper into leadership resilience and shared practical examples of how to work smarter not harder in 2021.
